Our clients engaged us to complete the build of their investment property, high up in the hills of Waikanae, with a breathtaking view of Kāpiti Island. Our services encompassed building and project management, from the design phase through to completion. Quality was of the utmost importance to this client.
This three-story new build in Waikanae was constructed on a compact site, requiring thorough planning and project management. The build incorporated suspended concrete floors and block retaining walls, with premium finishings inside. To compliment the sea view over to Kāpiti Island, we included a wraparound deck and bi-folding doors.
